I have over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate matters. I have represented buyers and sellers for condominium units, as well as single- and multi-family houses throughout Massachusetts. I have represented buyers participating in First-Time Homebuyers programs, and buyers investing in real estate. I have also assisted landlords and tenants with commercial leases in malls, multiple-unit commercial property, and small storefronts. I have handled cases for real estate clients who live in the Greater Boston Area, California, and outside of the United States.
